About LotFiles
LotFiles is a Chicago-based product by Jason Gangwish. We build analysis-ready housing and real estate datasets: cleaned panels, clear schemas, checksums, and documentation you can hand to an analyst or engineer without a scavenger hunt.
The value is in the pipeline—normalization, joins, quality checks, and packaging—not in claiming exclusive ownership of raw government statistics. Each dataset page documents what we changed and cites upstream providers in a Sources section.
Sample CSVs are available now so you can evaluate fit. Pro will add fuller coverage, Parquet, and refresh cadences for teams that need ongoing feeds.
